ABOUT SWEET DIABETES FOUNDATION
Sweet Diabetes foundation or Society for Welfare, Education and Excellence in Endocrinology, thyroid and diabetes was founded in 2019 by Dr. Sachin Mittal and Dr. Shiba Mittal with an aim to promote Quality education and to enhance the patient care in the field of endocrinology thyroid and Diabetes. Sweet Diabetes Foundation provides an academic platform for physicians, medical students and super specialists to interact freely, discuss ideas and to learn from each other. It also strives to provide quality treatment to underprivileged children with type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. Sweet Diabetes Foundation promotes Evidence-based learning in endocrinology by providing an opportunity to learn from the best while at the same time providing treatment to needy patients.
